written English communication skills.\nProfessional, patient, and customer-focused approach.\nGood problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and other business software.\nGood attention to detail and documentation skills.\nAble to work independently while being a strong team player.\nWillingness to learn new systems, products, and processes.\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting US, Australian, or international clients.\nExperience with CRM,
