You'll manage full-cycle recruitment across both technical and non-technical roles, helping us attract and secure exceptional talent across EMEA and other international markets.\nYou'll work closely with Hiring Managers, People Operations, and Department Leads, acting as a trusted recruitment partner and ensuring an efficient, consistent, and positive candidate experience.\nWhere You’ll Make an Impact…\n Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruitment for a variety of technical roles (Engineering, Product) and non-technical roles (Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other business functions).\nSource Exceptional Talent: Use creative sourcing strategies, AI-powered search tools, and direct outreach to identify and engage high-quality talent, including passive candidates, across international markets.\nDeliver an Excellent Candidate Experience: Manage candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and a positive experience.\nPartner with Hiring Managers: Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary benchmarks, market trends, and effective sourcing strategies.\nManage Recruitment Priorities: Take ownership of multiple requisitions, balance competing priorities, and maintain momentum across hiring processes.\nDrive Recruitment Performance: Monitor recruitment data and conversion metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring efficiency.\nChampion Inclusive Hiring: Promote diverse sourcing strategies and fair, consistent evaluation practices throughout the recruitment process.\nWhat You’ll Bring…\n 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with hands-on responsibility for recruiting across both technical and non-technical roles, ideally within EMEA.\nProven experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently, from sourcing and screening through to offer management.\nStrong organisation, prioritisation, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority vacancies simultaneously.\nPractical experience using ATS platforms, ideally Workable, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).\nProficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g. ChatGPT or Claude) to enhance sourcing, productivity, and candidate communication.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and guide hiring managers towards timely hiring decisions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders across different cultures and markets.\nMeticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate candidate records, consistent follow-up, and a well-managed recruitment process.\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\nBonus Points If You Bring…\nExperience recruiting within HR-tech, SaaS, or Employer of Record (EOR) sectors.\nGood knowledge of EMEA labour market dynamics, compensation standards, and remote-first talent markets.\nExperience with employer branding initiatives or virtual recruitment events.\nNot Your Typical Team…\nYou'll be working closely with our Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams, based across Germany, Spain, Italy, and Egypt.\nWe're a motivated, fully distributed team that believes remote doesn't mean disconnected.
