You’ll collaborate with clients, employees, leadership, legal, payroll, finance, product, and external partners, bringing everything together to ensure consistency, impact, and momentum across the board.\nWhere Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity…\nSupport HR Operations across assigned countries, managing onboarding and employee lifecycle activities while serving as a key point of contact for clients and employees on day-to-day HR matters.\nEnsure compliance with local employment laws and internal processes by following country-specific requirements, identifying potential risks, and escalating complex issues where appropriate.\nDeliver a high-quality employee and client experience by resolving HR queries, supporting key employment events, and providing timely, accurate, and customer-focused solutions.\nExecute HR processes efficiently and accurately while contributing to continuous process improvements, standardisation, and operational excellence across multiple countries.\nCollaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of HR services and accurate execution of employee lifecycle activities.\nSupport reporting, audits, HR administration, knowledge management, and operational projects that contribute to the success and growth of the business.\nWhat It Takes to Make an Impact Here…\n3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Advisory, or a similar client-facing HR role.\nGood working knowledge of employment law and HR practices, with the ability to confidently manage onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day HR operations.\nAbility to balance customer needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives in a fast-paced international environment.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.\nFluent in English and German (written and spoken).\nBonus Points If You Bring…\nExperience working in an Employer of Record (EOR), global mobility, payroll, or international HR environment.\nExperience supporting multinational clients across multiple jurisdictions.\nFamiliarity with HRIS platforms and process improvement initiatives.\nAdditional European language skills and knowledge in employment law. \nNot Your Typical Team…\nWe are a team of over 20 highly talented HR Operations minds, who are based in Spain, Poland, Egypt, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Germany and UK.
