You’ll be at the center of it all - owning the end-to-end experience across our EOR, Direct Hiring and Contractor products, from research and discovery to prototypes and handoff - ensuring everything you touch is intuitive, consistent and research-backed and aligned with our wider goals.\nYou won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, frontend engineers and leadership and directly with our clients and their employees, bringing everything together to ensure consistency, impact, and momentum across the board.\nWhere Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity…\nOwn the end-to-end UX for key product areas such as onboarding, payroll, contractor management and our AI features, from problem framing to shipped experience.\nPlan and run user research, interviews and usability tests with clients, employees and internal teams, and turn what you learn into clear design decisions.\nCreate flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma to explore ideas fast and align stakeholders early.\nEvolve and maintain the WM Design System so components, patterns and documentation stay consistent and scalable.\nPartner closely with Product Managers and frontend engineers through discovery, delivery and QA, so what ships matches what was designed.\nMeasure the impact of your work through product analytics and user feedback, and keep improving what's live.\nWhat It Takes to Make an Impact Here…\n5+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showing complex B2B or SaaS products.\nExpert in Figma, including components, variables, auto layout and interactive prototyping.\nHands-on experience building and maintaining a design system in close collaboration with engineering.\nSolid user research skills, from planning studies and running interviews to synthesising insights into action.\nStrong ownership and communication, with the confidence to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at every level.\nFluent English, written and spoken.\nBonus Points If You Bring…\nExperience in HR tech, payroll, fintech or other regulated, compliance-heavy domains.\nExperience designing AI-powered features or conversational interfaces.\nGood working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).\nUnderstanding of frontend basics (HTML/CSS) or experience with design-to-code workflows.\nNot Your Typical Team…\nWe are a team of 5 highly talented Product minds, who are based in Egypt and Germany.
