You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment across both technical and non-technical roles, partnering with teams across EMEA to attract, engage, and secure the right talent.\nYou won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, People Operations, and Department Leads, bringing teams together to ensure consistency, momentum, and an exceptional hiring experience.\nWhere Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity…\n Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruitment across EMEA for a variety of technical roles (Engineering, Product) and non-technical roles (Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other business functions).\nSource Exceptional Talent: Leverage creative sourcing strategies, AI-powered search tools, and direct outreach to identify and engage high-quality talent across EMEA markets, including passive candidates.\nElevate Candidate Experience: Deliver a fast, transparent, and engaging recruitment process that makes candidates feel valued and gives them a positive impression of WorkMotion.\nPartner with Hiring Managers: Act as a trusted recruitment partner, advising hiring managers on talent availability, salary benchmarks, market trends, and sourcing strategies.\nManage Recruitment Priorities: Balance multiple requisitions, maintain momentum across hiring processes, and ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders.\nOptimize Talent Acquisition: Use recruitment data and conversion metrics to identify opportunities, improve time-to-hire, and continuously refine our hiring practices.\nChampion Diversity & Inclusion: Promote inclusive sourcing strategies and fair evaluation standards throughout every stage of the recruitment process.\nWhat It Takes to Make an Impact Here…\n3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with hands-on recruitment experience across both technical and non-technical roles, ideally within EMEA.\nExceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills, with a high sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.\nSolid practical understanding of ATS platforms, ideally Workable, and experience collaborating through Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive).\nProficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g. ChatGPT/Claude) to improve sourcing, productivity, and candidate communication.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to guide hiring managers towards timely and well-informed hiring decisions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, engage candidates, and communicate clearly across fully remote teams.\nMeticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate candidate records, clear communication, consistent follow-up, and a well-managed recruitment process.\n Fluent English (written and spoken), with strong conversational skills and active listening abilities.\nBonus Points If You Bring…\nExperience recruiting within the HR-tech, SaaS, or Employer of Record (EOR) sectors.\nGood knowledge ofinternational labour market dynamics, compensation standards, and remote-first candidate preferences.\nNot Your Typical Team…\nWe are a team of3 high-energy Talent minds, with 4 in People Operations, based across Germany, Spain, Italy, and Egypt.
