We are also on a mission to upskill them in the best ways possible and help them grow with and within their careers.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Project Planning & Control Engineer \n\nLocation: Port Harcourt, Rivers\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nIndustry: Oil & Gas Services\n\nWork Mode: Full-time, Onsite\n\nRole Overview\n\nThe role requires a detail-oriented professional skilled in project planning tools and experienced in coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.\nThe Project Control/Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure efficient project execution within the oil and gas sector.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTrack project progress, monitor key milestones, and report performance metrics.\nPrepare and maintain project control documents including budgets, forecasts, and progress reports.\nCoordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to align timelines and deliverables.\nSupport cost control, resource planning, and risk management activities.\nDevelop and implement project control procedures, tools, and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.\nDevelop, update, and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.\nEnsure all project activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.\nAnalyse project data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks;
