Senior Data Analyst (Databricks)

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding client operations in depth and translating business processes into structured digital workflows using our platform. The role focuses on driving operational transformation through system thinking, structured implementation, and measurable value delivery. You will own the end-to-end client lifecycle, from implementation and solution design to adoption and value realization. This role requires strong business understanding, analytical thinking, technical confidence, and high ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client operations and translate business processes into structured, scalable digital workflows.
• Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and design systems that reduce manual effort and errors.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding, including workflow configuration, data setup, and reporting structure.
• Ensure successful go-live, adoption, and alignment with client business goals.
• Validate data accuracy and reporting logic using SQL, Excel, and Databricks
• Work with Databricks to query, process, validate, and analyze large datasets.
• Support data preparation and transformation workflows within Databricks.
• Design dashboards aligned with key business metrics and decision-making needs.
• Support API integrations by understanding data flows, validating integrations, and troubleshooting issues.
• Drive platform adoption, identify value gaps, and ensure long-term customer success.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients and collaborate with internal teams to improve solutions.

Requirements:

• 3-4+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, operations, analytics, or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and working with data in a Databricks environment.
• Strong Excel and data handling capabilities.
• Working understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of dashboards, reporting, and business metrics.
• Experience working with large datasets, data transformation, and data validation.
• Ability to quickly understand new industries, workflows, and business models.
• Structured, systems-first problem-solving approach.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
