From a developer's first API call to enterprise deployment, you'll identify where customers find value, where they get stuck, and how we help them grow.\nYou'll own activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, and retention across the platform. You'll define how we measure success, build our experimentation practice, and partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance to drive meaningful business outcomes.\nThis is a high-impact role with direct influence on company growth.\nResponsibilities\nOwn Product Growth across the WorkOS platform.\n\nDevelop the strategy for how developers discover, adopt, and expand their use of WorkOS.\n\nDefine the metrics that measure acquisition, activation, monetization, expansion, and retention.\n\nBuild and scale a product experimentation program.\n\nImprove onboarding and reduce time-to-value for new developers.\n\nIdentify friction throughout the customer journey and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.\n\nPartner with Engineering and Design to ship improvements that increase customer adoption and business impact.\n\nWork with Marketing to improve acquisition and attribution.\n\nPartner with Sales to strengthen the product-qualified lead motion and enterprise expansion path.\n\nUse customer research, analytics, and experimentation to guide roadmap decisions.\n\nCommunicate strategy, priorities, and results across the company.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of meaningful business outcomes.\n\nExperience leading growth, onboarding, monetization, activation, or retention for a developer platform, API product, infrastructure company, or B2B SaaS product.\n\nExperience with product-led growth.\n\nExperience with API or usage-based pricing models.\n\nStrong product instincts backed by data.\n\nDeep experience designing and evaluating experiments.\n\nStrong understanding of developer workflows and customer experience.\n\nComfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving quickly.\n\nExcellent cross-functional partner who can influence teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.\n\nBenefits and Perks (US Only)\nAt WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being.
