Lead Generative AI Engineer\n\nLocation: Hyderabad\n\nExperience: 5 - 8 Years\n\nWork Mode: 5 Days WFO\n\nNotice Period: 0 - 15 Days\n\nEmployment: Full-Time\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe are looking for a Lead Generative AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in LLMs, Voice AI, RAG, AI Agents, and Python backend development to build scalable, real-time AI applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design and develop LLM-powered enterprise applications and AI Agents.\n\n- Build real-time Voice AI solutions using STT, TTS, streaming audio and WebSockets.\n\n- Develop RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.\n\n- Integrate OpenAI/Claude and other LLM APIs with enterprise applications.\n\n- Build scalable Python microservices using FastAPI/Django.\n\n- Implement tool/function calling, structured outputs and AI workflows.\n\n- Optimize AI solutions for latency, cost and accuracy.\n\n- Work with Product, QA and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.\n\nMust-Have Skills :\n\n- 5 -
