Together, we’re building healthier, more resilient organizations-one person at a time.\nCurrent Opportunity: Customer Care Representative\nLocation: Bangalore\nHybrid\nShifts: Overnight\nSalary: 5.5 Lacs fixed plus shift allowance\nYears of experience: 1-3 Yrs.\nLanguages required: English.\nWhat you will do:\nThe Referral Specialist assists the Workplace Options Counselling Service Delivery teams by identifying available providers for our clients who are in need of short-term counselling assistance around the world.\nResponsibilities:\nReview clinical intakes.\nIdentify clients’ needs and match the appropriate provider with client using our proprietary database.\nRecruit counsellors and attorneys to the Workplace Options network.\nEnter provider information into our database/case management system.\nMaintain strict confidentiality of our clients’ information.\nCommunicate provider information to our clients.\nProactively manage caseload.\nAny additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management.\nQualifications/Skills:Bachelor’s Degree required. \nAble to work in a fast-paced work environment.\nAble to Multitask while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.\nAble to navigate proficiently in varying databases and on the internet.\nAble to work effectively as a team member in a team environment.\nProficiency with proprietary and unique software applications.\nFlexibility to adapt to the work volume and flow during peak times.\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.\nA high level of literacy with a variety of software applications including Excel and Word. \nWell-honed research skills - can perform web research creatively, quickly and efficiently.
