Solution Architecture & Engineering Leadership : \n\n- Own the end-to-end architecture and technical delivery of complex enterprise applications.\n\n- Design scalable, secure and high-performance solutions using modern application architecture principles.\n\n- Lead full-stack application engineering using .NET and modern frontend frameworks.\n\n- Drive microservices, API-first development, distributed systems and reusable architecture patterns.\n\n- Establish engineering standards, coding guidelines, design reviews and quality benchmarks.\n\n2. AI-Driven Application Development : \n\n- Design and develop AI-enabled applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services and Azure AI Foundry.\n\n- Implement Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and enterprise AI solutions.\n\n- Design agentic AI systems with appropriate orchestration, tool integration, memory and human-in-the-loop capabilities.\n\n- Leverage GitHub Copilot for code generation, refactoring, testing, modernization and developer productivity.\n\n- Ensure responsible AI implementation, including security, privacy, governance and performance optimization.\n\n3. Azure Cloud & Architecture : \n\n- Architect cloud-native solutions using Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, AKS and API Management.\n\n- Implement secure and scalable cloud architectures using Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB and related data services.\n\n- Design identity, access management, networking, high availability, disaster recovery and fault-tolerant solutions.\n\n- Apply Azure Well-Architected principles to optimize performance, reliability, security and cost.\n\n4. DevOps & Engineering Excellence : \n\n- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.\n\n- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.\n\n- Drive DevSecOps, automated testing, observability, monitoring and production readiness.\n\n- Develop reusable engineering accelerators and practices that improve delivery quality and velocity.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex application, performance, reliability and security issues.\n\n5. Client Engagement & Consulting : \n\n- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\n- Lead technical solutioning, effort estimation, proof-of-concepts and pre-sales proposals.\n\n- Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design to production deployment.\n\n- Manage technical risks, resolve delivery challenges and support recovery of at-risk projects.\n\n- Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications : \n\n- 18+ years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering or enterprise application development.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core or equivalent backend technologies.\n\n- Expertise in full-stack application development using React, Angular, Next.js, Blazor or similar frameworks.\n\n- Strong knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architecture and design patterns.\n\n- Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services or related technologies.\n\n- Practical understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG architectures and agentic AI systems.\n\n- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and cloud-native application development.\n\n- Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software engineering practices.\n\n- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps.\n\n- Experience in technical architecture, solution design, client engagement and complex project delivery.\n\n- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and technical leadership skills.\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Experience modernizing large enterprise application estates and migrating workloads to Azure.\n\n- Experience building reusable frameworks, accelerators and reference architectures.\n\n- Experience in enterprise consulting, technical
