The role will focus on AI orchestration, evaluation, reliable structured outputs, production deployment, retrieval systems, and observability of AI/agent behavior.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade LLM and agentic AI applications.\n\n- Build and maintain agent orchestration workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph.\n\n- Develop reliable AI workflows with structured outputs and schema validation.\n\n- Design and implement evaluation (Evals) frameworks to assess model and agent performance.\n\n- Work on improving reliable and predictable model behavior in production environments.\n\n- Develop AI services using Python, with exposure to Golang and TypeScript.\n\n- Work with self-hosted inference technologies and optimize model serving.\n\n- Build and integrate retrieval systems for AI applications.\n\n- Implement observability and monitoring for LLM and agent behavior.\n\n- Contribute to scalable AI architecture and production deployment practices.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- Strong experience building LLM systems\n\n- Production deployment of AI/ML applications\n\n- Agent orchestration\n\n- LangGraph\n\n- Python\n\n- Golang\n\n- TypeScript\n\n- Evals / AI evaluation\n\n- Structured output\n\n- Schema validation\n\n- Understanding of reliable model behavior\n\nGood-to-Have Skills : \n\n- Temporal, Cadence, AWS Step Functions, vLLM, TGI, Model quantization, GPU scheduling, Retrieval systems, OCR, Layout parsing, PDF extraction, Audit trails, Compliance reporting\n\nCandidate Profile : \n\n- 3 - 9 years of relevant professional experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying LLM/Generative AI applications.\n\n- Experience taking AI/agentic systems from development into production environments.\n\n- Strong programming skills in Python;
