The role involves hands-on ownership of cloud operations, hybrid identity, networking, infrastructure automation, disaster recovery, and monitoring.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Manage and modernize the Azure cloud environment, including compute, networking, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Microsoft WAF, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Azure Monitor.\n\n- Own Windows Server infrastructure, including provisioning, patching, Group Policy, Active Directory, lifecycle management, and end-of-support migrations.\n\n- Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, Azure subscriptions, tenant governance, cost optimization, and resource right-sizing across a multi-tenant environment.\n\n- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, or equivalent tools.\n\n- Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD practices for infrastructure deployment and improve automation.\n\n- Manage hybrid identity and access controls across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.\n\n- Configure and maintain cloud and hybrid networking, including firewalls, network segmentation, VPNs, Network Security Groups (NSGs), subnet design, and cross-tenant routing.\n\n- Work with security teams and managed SOC partners on vulnerability remediation, infrastructure hardening, endpoint protection, and compliance requirements.\n\n- Monitor infrastructure performance and availability using Datadog, Azure Monitor, and related observability tools.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 6+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure engineering.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.\n\n- Solid experience managing Windows Server environments at production scale.\n\n- Practical knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM).\n\n- Strong verbal and written communication skills for US-based stakeholder interaction.\n\nWork Model : \n\n- Hybrid/Remote after initial onboarding in Vadodara.\n\n- Working hours : 3 : 00 PM -
