Its founders, Eleanor and Chad Laurans, co-founded SimpliSafe; Eleanor also served as CFO of Boston Public Schools.\nThe Opportunity\nJoin Assembly as a Senior Recruiter and put your school recruiting experience to work:\nRun searches that matter to schools and students\nPartner with district and school leaders to understand their needs and keep searches moving\n\nFind, engage, and screen candidates for hard-to-fill roles\n\nWork with colleagues who support sourcing, technology, and school relationships\n\nHelp improve the tools you use to recruit\nUse Assembly’s technology and AI tools in your daily work\n\nTest new approaches on live searches and share what works\n\nGive the product and engineering team specific feedback on what would make recruiting better\n\nYou’ll be our \"Customer Zero\": an experienced recruiter using Assembly’s tools with real schools and candidates. You’ll work directly with product and engineering to test features, identify problems, and help decide what to improve next. That contribution grows out of the searches you run every day.\nWhat You'll Do\nThis is a hands-on recruiting role. Most of your time will focus on running searches, screening candidates, and keeping school partners informed.
