practices.\n\n- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement scalable solutions.\n\n- Participate in release planning, CI/CD deployments, and DevOps processes.\n\n- Create and maintain technical design documentation and implementation artifacts.\n\n- Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases, new features, and emerging technologies including Salesforce AI capabilities.\n\nQualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.\n\n- 10+ years of enterprise-level software development experience.\n\n- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with multiple Salesforce implementation projects.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.\n\n- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Security Model.\n\n- Strong experience in Salesforce customizations and configuration.\n\n- Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, OAuth.\n\n- Good understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security, sharing, and performance optimization.\n\n- Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools such as Copado.\n\n- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global
