specifications.\nPrepare comprehensive Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), project plans, user stories, and technical documentation.\nCoordinate with UI/UX Designers, Developers, Backend Engineers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless project execution.\nConduct project kickoff meetings, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nMonitor project progress proactively and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies in a timely manner.\nEnsure Agile/Scrum methodologies are followed throughout the complete development lifecycle.\nManage project schedules and resource allocation using iQansoft's project management systems.\nReview project deliverables and code quality to ensure they meet functional and quality expectations before client delivery.\nCoordinate application releases on platforms ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.\nOversee proper testing, bug tracking, regression testing, and release management procedures.\nMaintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders by providing regular project status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments.\nAssist in project estimation, budgeting, resource planning, capacity management, and project profitability analysis.\nEnsure projects comply with security best practices, scalability standards, and performance benchmarks.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across project delivery.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.\n3-5 years of proven experience managing software or application development projects.\nDemonstrated expertise managing Android, iOS, Flutter, and/or React Native application projects.\nStrong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and app
