write ad copy, and create ad assets using AI.\nMonitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.\nFollow instructions from senior marketers for campaign optimization.\n Analytics & Reporting\nGenerate automated reports through AI dashboards.\nMonitor KPIs across brands (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions).\nFlag performance issues early using AI-based alert systems.\n Marketing Operations\nHelp organize assets, campaign plans, and content calendars.\nSupport email campaigns (newsletters, promotion flows).\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nFamiliarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Claude, etc.).\nUnderstanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads.\nBasic knowledge of SEO and content writing.\nGood communication skills and a willingness to learn.\nAbility to follow instructions and deliver tasks on time.\nTech-savvy, organized, and comfortable with multitasking.\nNice to have skills\nExperience with Shopify, WordPress, or landing-page builders.\nGoogle Ads or Meta Ads certifications.\nExperience with Canva, Adobe tools, or AI design apps.\nFamiliarity with Google Looker Studio or dashboards.\n Education & Experience\n0-2 years of experience in digital marketing.\nMarketing, business, or related education is a plus but not required.\nAI certifications or online courses are an
