This is a senior-level individual contributor role for someone who thrives in complex implementation environments, has strong product expertise, and is passionate about improving operational excellence.\nYou’ll be a strategic advisor during the onboarding journey for our most complex customers, owning the implementation lifecycle and working cross-functionally to ensure customer success.
