Responsibilities:\n\n • Server Administration: Configure, monitor, and maintain remote servers (Windows Server environments).\n\n • Deployment Management: Execute smooth releases, deployments, and updates across environments.\n\n • L3 Troubleshooting & Client Support: Analyze system and application logs to diagnose and resolve issues when our software fails to install or function correctly on the client’s end. \n\n • Integrations & Technical Documentation: Review and analyze technical documentation (APIs, protocols) to integrate third-party services into our product and connect our solution into client ecosystems. \n\nRequirements:\n\n • Strong background in Windows Server administration (Active Directory, PowerShell, Apache, network settings).\n\n • Hands-on experience with log analysis (Event Viewer, application log files) for effective root-cause troubleshooting.\n\n • Experience with application deployment processes and automation scripts. \n\n • Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation (REST/SOAP APIs, Swagger, SDKs).\n\n • Solid problem-solving skills and a structured approach to technical issues.\n\nNice to Have:\n\n • Basic database knowledge (SQL) for running diagnostic queries.\n\n • Fluent technical English (B2+ level for reading and written
