You will manage the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring your work is aligned with business goals and maintains a high bar for quality\nManage the design process for your projects from discovery and concept ideation through flows, wireframes to full-fidelity prototype designs\nEnsure all designs prioritize the needs of non-technical users, focusing on simplicity, speed, and trust\nCollaboration & Communication\nPartner with leadership and product marketing stakeholders to ensure design concepts meet our customers' needs and deliver desired results\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and other designers in a triad model\nClearly present your design process, inspiration, and decisions to stakeholders, explaining the “why” behind your work\nUse storytelling techniques to communicate complex design rationale and build alignment across teams\nShare your work in design reviews to explain your decisions, triage feedback, and use it to iterate on your solutions\nDesign System & Consistency\nChampion cohesion, consistency, and accessibility by delivering designs that promote our organization's experience strategy and design system usage\nApply design system standards consistently while contributing to its evolution based on user needs.\nConnect multiple screens into cohesive flows and contribute minor updates to the evolution of the design system based on user needs.\nAcross all work apply Jobs-to-be-Done methodology and user-centered design principles, conducting customer interviews and usability tests and translating findings into design iterations.\nDemonstrate a solid understanding of customer needs, core workflows, and key business goals, using this context to make informed design decisions with minimal guidance\nMentorship & Growth\nContinuously learn new design skills to improve overall design delivery, while building depth in one or two core areas\nCoach team-level peers through their design decisions and share learnings with your immediate peers and the team\nNurture WorkWave's culture and principles within your team and the broader design practice\nParticipate in design critiques, in both presenting and providing constructive feedback that elevates team output\nStay current with design trends, tools, and methodologies, particularly those relevant to AI-powered products\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING:\n4 or more years of experience as a user experience/product designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role\nProven experience successfully delivering product design initiatives that improved user outcomes or business metrics\nStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital products that delivered results and showcase the depth of your design skills\nProven experience clearly communicating design decisions and their impact on the customer\nSolid capacity to communicate and present complex problems clearly to diverse audiences\nDeep understanding of user-centered design processes and human-computer interaction principles\nDemonstrated ability to evaluate the customer and business impact of your design decisions\nProficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred) and design thinking methodologies\nProven ability to evaluate the customer and business impact of design decisions using both qualitative and quantitative research methods\nBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in the design field\nDemonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with design trends and best practices\nWHAT WOULD ALSO BE AWESOME:\nExperience designing complex workflows for enterprise or SaaS products, particularly in B2B environments\nBackground in designing for service industry workflows or field service management\nExperience with enterprise product design or financial services product design\nPrevious work on AI-powered features or data-driven product experiences\nExperience working on complex problems at a systems/service level\nKnowledge of Jobs-to-be-Done methodology and service design principles\nUnderstanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices\nExperience with design systems and component-based design approaches\nExperience mentoring junior designers or leading design initiatives\nBackground working in cross-functional product teams using agile methodologies\nExperience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders and
