You'll be embedded in one of our core services, Retrievals, Delivery, Procuring, Warehousing, or M&D. But the role is the same across all of them: own and drive operational improvement. \nWe are looking for an operations associate who already had a first experience in (ops) project management\nWorkwize's Service Operations team is responsible for delivering a seamless end-to-end service experience for our clients globally. Each service runs as its own operational unit - managing vendors, driving performance, and continuously improving. We move fast, operate across multiple markets, and are scaling quickly. The problems we face are real, recurring, and solvable - and this role exists to solve them.\nYou'll own multiple improvement projects simultaneously, working from root cause through to measurable impact.
