This entry-level role helps keep environments reliable, secure, and cost-effective under the direction of the Infrastructure & Security Manager. Microsoft Azure and DevOps / Infrastructure-as-Code experience are strongly preferred.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvision and maintain cloud resources using approved configurations and change procedures. \nSupport virtual machines, storage, networking, identity permissions, and services that host WBL applications. \nMonitor availability, performance, and resource usage; troubleshoot issues and escalate service disruptions. \nMaintain backups and assist with restore testing and disaster recovery exercises. \nApply approved patches and security settings; work with Cybersecurity to address vulnerabilities and access issues. \nUse scripts and infrastructure templates to automate repeatable tasks; document and test changes before deployment. \nTrack cloud spending, identify unused or oversized resources, and recommend cost improvements. \nMaintain infrastructure records and operating procedures; coordinate deployments and support with development and Help Desk teams. \nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong spoken and written English, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly and write accurate documentation. \nFoundational knowledge of cloud computing, networking, DNS, identity and access management, and Windows or Linux administration. \nPractical exposure to a cloud platform through coursework, labs, personal projects, internships, or employment; prior professional experience is not required. \nBasic scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or a similar language; ability to troubleshoot systematically and follow change procedures. \nRelevant education, technical training, or equivalent demonstrated skills; careful handling of confidential information. \nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on Microsoft Azure exposure, including virtual machines, containers, virtual networks, storage, Azure Monitor, and Microsoft Entra ID. \nFamiliarity with Bicep or Terraform, Git, and automated deployment workflows. \nAzure certifications or related training; exposure to application hosting, containers, or cloud cost management. \nRemote Work Requirements\nAvailable during U.S. Eastern business hours.
