Apply today!\nJob Details\nJob Summary:\nThe Senior Director, Process Redesign Lead is accountable for defining and governing future-state business processes across USPAH’s digital transformation initiatives. This role ensures that transformation efforts are grounded in simplified, standardized, and scalable ways of working that align to business strategy and operational realities. The Process Redesign Lead partners closely with business leaders, workstream leads, Program Leads, and enablement teams to translate strategic intent into executable process designs. This role also ensures that redesigned processes are clearly documented, validated, and ready for adoption prior to deployment.\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:\nPartner with vendor(s) as needed to align on standard methodology and templating for current state processes ensuring end-to-end capture\nLead end-to-end future-state process design across transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to business strategy and operating model goals.\nPartner with business leaders and Program Leads to identify process pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for simplification and standardization.\nFacilitate cross-functional workshops to define future-state processes, roles, decision points, and handoffs.\nEstablish and govern process design standards, documentation requirements, and approval mechanisms.\nEnsure process designs are executable, operationally viable, and scalable across the enterprise.\nCoordinate closely with Program Leads to align process design timing with delivery milestones.\nPartner with Organizational Change Management, Training, and Communications teams to ensure process changes are clearly understood and adopted.\nSupport testing and readiness activities by ensuring process scenarios and edge cases are accurately represented.\nIdentify and manage process-related risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, escalating as appropriate.\nEnsure process documentation, ownership, and governance are established for post-deployment sustainment.\nCapture lessons learned and continuously improve process design approaches across waves.\nOther duties as assigned.\nExperience & Education:\nMinimum of 10-12 years of experience in business process design, operating model transformation, or enterprise change initiatives.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional process redesign efforts at enterprise scale.\nStrong background working with business leaders across multiple functions and operational domains.\nProven experience facilitating workshops and driving alignment in matrixed environments.\nExperience with process modeling and intelligence tools (Ex. Celonis, Signavio, BlueWorks Live)\nBachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.\nMinimum Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:\nDeep understanding of end-to-end business processes and enterprise operating models.\nStrong facilitation, design thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to translate strategic objectives into practical, executable process designs.\nProven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate competing priorities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including process documentation and storytelling.\nComfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity through structure.\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to operate in a dynamic, time-bound (3-5 year) transformation environment.\nAbility to support extended hours during critical design, testing, and deployment periods.\nTravel as required to support workshops, design sessions, and readiness activities.\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
