  • Manage strategic transformation activities for the Tokyo office, developing milestones and providing consistent progress updates to the Chief Representative Officer.
  • Support narrative alignment, consistent approaches, and collaboration across multiple teams within the Tokyo office and across the Forum.
  • Codify lessons learned from strategic transformation activities and act as a trusted source of continuous feedback to strengthen the Forum’s value proposition in Japan.
  • Support talent development, recruitment, onboarding, and team-building across the team, strengthening a culture of excellence, impact, and collaboration
  • Work closely with the Chief Representative Officer and Leadership Team to identify areas for future focus to strengthen the team’s impact.
  • Develop and serve as a role-model for a strong understanding of the Tokyo office’s mission and culture within the broader Forum context.
