In this role, you'll help design, build, automate, and support modern endpoint management solutions across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and cloud-based desktop platforms.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about endpoint engineering, automation, cloud technologies, and modern device management.\nWhat You'll Do\nModern Endpoint Management\nEngineer, deploy, and support endpoint management solutions across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and virtual desktop environments.\nAdminister and enhance Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro platforms.\nBuild scalable device management policies, compliance controls, and configuration standards.\nSupport modern device provisioning through Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and related technologies.\nCloud & Virtual Desktop Engineering\nDesign and support Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.\nManage Cloud PC provisioning, lifecycle management, policy administration, and performance optimization.\nSupport endpoint virtualization platforms and modern desktop delivery solutions.\nContribute to the adoption of cloud-hosted workplace technologies.\nAutomation & Platform Engineering\nDevelop automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, Bash, APIs, and Infrastructure as Code principles.\nImprove operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.\nBuild repeatable, scalable endpoint deployment and management frameworks.\nMaintain and enhance application deployment and software packaging processes.\nSecurity & Compliance\nImplement endpoint security, compliance, and device protection standards.\nSupport Zero Trust initiatives and secure endpoint configuration practices.\nMonitor endpoint health, patch compliance, and platform performance.\nPartner closely with Security teams to strengthen endpoint resilience.\nTroubleshooting & Continuous Improvement\nInvestigate and resolve complex endpoint and infrastructure issues.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures.\nCollaborate with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Operations, and Security teams on strategic initiatives and projects.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired Experience\n3+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, systems engineering, infrastructure, workplace technology, or a related IT discipline.\nExperience supporting enterprise Windows and macOS environments.\nHands-on administration experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.\nExperience with application packaging, software deployment, and endpoint lifecycle management.\nStrong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.\nPreferred Experience\nWindows 365 Cloud PC administration and support.\nAzure Virtual Desktop (AVD), VMware Horizon, Citrix, or other virtual desktop technologies.\nMicrosoft Defender for Endpoint.\nIntune automation, REST APIs, and Jamf API integrations.\nGit-based workflows and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.\nWindows Autopilot, Microsoft Autopatch, and Apple Business Manager.\nEndpoint security and Zero Trust practices.\nMicrosoft, Azure, Apple, Jamf, Windows 365, or endpoint management certifications.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\nEquivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.\nWhy Join World Fuel?\nWork with modern cloud-first technologies including Intune, Jamf, Windows 365, and automation platforms.\nHelp shape the future of endpoint management and workplace technology at a global scale.\nCollaborate with talented infrastructure, security, and engineering teams.\nGain exposure to enterprise-level cloud, automation, and virtualization initiatives.\nOpportunity to lead technical improvements that impact thousands of users worldwide.\nHybrid work environment with opportunities for professional growth and technical development.\nPlease note that by submitting an employment application you consent to World Fuel Services processing your information for this role and potentially for future employment opportunities, in accordance with applicable laws.
