We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations, logistics coordination, customer service, and administrative activities.\nThis role serves as a key connection between customers, transport providers, terminal operators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient day-to-day operations.\nWhat You'll Do\nCustomer Service & Relationship Management\nServe as a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and service providers.\nCoordinate customer meetings, appointments, and operational requests.\nBuild and maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers, terminal personnel, and government authorities.\nProvide timely support and communication regarding deliveries, payments, and service-related requests.\nOperations & Logistics Coordination\nMonitor and coordinate fuel dispatches from terminals to customer locations.\nWork closely with terminal operators, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.\nTrack shipments and respond quickly to operational issues or delivery delays.\nHelp manage terminal schedules and dispatch priorities based on customer requirements.\nSupport inventory and supply chain activities as needed.\nAdministrative & Financial Support\nProcess and maintain customer and supplier documentation.\nSupport invoicing activities and ensure required operational information is properly recorded.\nMonitor incoming payments and share proof of payment or transfer confirmations with the appropriate teams.\nCoordinate supplier invoices, payment requests, and supporting documentation.\nAssist with account reconciliations and reporting activities.\nManage office supply purchases and general administrative support.\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nPrepare sales, operational, and market-related reports.\nMaintain accurate records in company systems and platforms.\nSupport process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.\nAssist with special projects and operational initiatives.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field preferred.\n2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, administration, customer service, or account coordination.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.\nBilingual English and Spanish communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in fuel distribution, transportation, logistics, energy, aviation, or related industries.\nFamiliarity with dispatch planning, inventory management, or supply chain processes.\nExperience working with invoices, payments, and operational reporting.\nWhy Join World Fuel?\nJoin a global leader in energy and fuel solutions.\nWork with a collaborative and supportive team.\nGain exposure to logistics, operations, commercial, and customer-facing activities.\nDevelop valuable experience in a critical industry that helps keep businesses and communities moving.\nEnjoy a dynamic role with opportunities to learn and grow professionally.\nIf you're organized, customer-focused, and enjoy coordinating operations while solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nPlease note that by submitting an employment application you consent to World Fuel Services processing your information for this role and potentially for future employment opportunities, in accordance with applicable laws.
