This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising Field Service Technicians, coordinating contractors and vendors, managing maintenance activities, and ensuring fueling locations remain region.\nAssign, prioritize, and monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely service delivery.\nProvide coaching, training, feedback, and performance support to technicians.\nServe as the first point of escalation for operational and maintenance-related issues.\nParticipate in field activities and site support as needed.\nManage Work Orders & Service Requests\nOversee maintenance help desk tickets, service requests, and work orders from initiation through completion.\nMonitor ticket response times, aging reports, maintenance backlogs, and service levels.\nEvaluate maintenance requests and determine appropriate corrective actions.\nEnsure all work is completed safely, accurately, and documented properly.\nReview completed work orders for coding accuracy, completeness, and supporting documentation.\nCoordinate Contractors & Vendors\nDispatch and manage third-party contractors, vendors, and service providers.\nMonitor contractor performance, work quality, safety compliance, and completion timelines.\nAssist with evaluating repair proposals, quotes, and vendor recommendations.\nEnsure contracted work is completed within scope, budget, and company expectations.\nDrive Operational Reliability\nConduct site visits, inspections, audits, and facility assessments.\nIdentify recurring equipment failures and operational risks.\nSupport preventative maintenance planning and execution.\nAssist with equipment replacements, facility upgrades, and new site startups.\nRecommend long-term solutions to improve reliability and reduce downtime.\nEnsure Compliance & Safety\nMaintain compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport incident investigations and corrective action implementation.\nMonitor site conditions, image standards, housekeeping, and operational readiness.\nAssist with emergency response and after-hours operational support when required.\nManage Resources & Reporting\nMonitor parts inventories, maintenance resources, and regional maintenance spending.\nMaintain accurate records within maintenance management systems.\nGenerate reports and track key operational performance metrics.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate degree, technical certification, or equivalent industry experience.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in maintenance operations, facilities maintenance, field services, contractor management, fuel operations, or a related field.\nExperience leading technicians, contractors, or field personnel.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExperience managing maintenance activities, work orders, and service providers.\nStrong organizational and project coordination abilities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.\nValid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.\nAbility to participate in an on-call rotation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in petroleum, cardlock, fueling, convenience store, retail fueling, or terminal operations.\nKnowledge of fuel dispensing systems, tank monitoring systems, environmental monitoring equipment, or fueling infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with OSHA, EPA, UST, and fueling facility regulations.\nExperience conducting inspections, audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.\nExperience reviewing contractor proposals, service reports, and repair documentation.\nExperience managing
