Help Shape the Future of AI at World Fuel.\nWorld Fuel is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Yield & AI Enablement Analyst to help maximize profitability across our global aviation fuel business. This role sits at the intersection of pricing strategy, revenue optimization, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies, providing a unique opportunity to influence both business performance and the future of AI-enabled decision making.\nYou will work closely with Sales, Supply, Finance, Revenue Management, Data, and Technology teams to identify revenue and margin opportunities, improve applying AI to solve real business problems, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nPricing Strategy & Revenue Optimization\nAnalyze account profitability, gross profit, margins, fuel volume, customer activity, and transaction performance across aviation fuel portfolios.\nIdentify pricing opportunities, margin leakage, account performance trends, and revenue optimization strategies.\nPartner directly with Sales teams to evaluate customer performance and recommend pricing actions that balance growth, retention, and profitability.\nMonitor pricing changes and measure impact on revenue, margins, customer activity, and market competitiveness.\nDeliver actionable insights that support commercial decision-making and revenue growth.\nCollaborate with Sales, Supply, Finance, Revenue Management, Data, and IT teams to improve pricing effectiveness and business performance.\nData Analytics & Process Improvement\nUtilize Tableau and other business intelligence tools to analyze performance trends, customer activity, pricing effectiveness, and market dynamics.\nQuery and analyze data using SQL and cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.\nInvestigate performance variances, pricing anomalies, and business trends to uncover actionable opportunities.\nTransform complex data into clear, business-focused recommendations.\nSupport workflow automation initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.\nPerform quality reviews of pricing outputs and automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.\nAI Enablement & Innovation\nIdentify commercial and operational processes that can be enhanced through AI, automation, and intelligent workflow design.\nDocument pricing methodologies, decision frameworks, business rules, escalation paths, and operational knowledge for AI-enabled solutions.\nTranslate business requirements into reusable AI instructions, workflows, and knowledge assets.\nPartner with AI, Data, and Technology teams to design, test, and improve AI-powered tools and agent-based workflows.\nDevelop validation criteria and governance controls to ensure quality, transparency, and responsible AI adoption.\nContribute to the evolution of AI-enabled decision support capabilities across the organization.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.\nExperience in pricing analysis, yield or revenue management, commercial analytics, business intelligence, customer success, solutions consulting, or related analytical roles.\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into business recommendations.\nExperience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and visualization tools.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and cloud-based data environments, preferably Snowflake.\nExperience working with workflow automation, business process improvements, or orchestration platforms.\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional business partners.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and work independently.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in aviation, aviation services, fuel distribution, energy, transportation, commodities, or another high-volume transaction environment.\nBackground in B2B pricing, customer profitability analysis, margin management, or revenue optimization.\nExperience supporting AI initiatives, automation programs, knowledge management, or human-in-the-loop workflows.\nExperience with Python, workflow platforms such as n8n, or flight-tracking and operational data sources.\nUnderstanding of responsible AI practices, governance, and
