Must have demonstrated experience in all functions of distribution\nBachelor’s degree in business administration or related field experience\n5-7 years supervisory and training experience\nKnowledge of material handling equipment and distribution management processes\nGeneral working mainframe systems knowledge (preferably AS400 and RF scanning)\nMust be able to motivate, team build, and coach\nAbility to communicate expectations clearly\nStrong interpersonal skills\nStrong analytical skills\nShift and departmental flexibility\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to sit/stand for long periods of time\nAbility to lift, up to 75lbs.\nTemperatures in the warehouse vary with the seasons, dress appropriately!
