Serving as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and IT, the TPM ensures projects are delivered on schedule, meet customer objectives, and drive long-term platform value.\nThis role combines customer engagement, program management, agile delivery, requirements management, and technical leadership. The TPM owns project execution from kickoff through deployment while ensuring customer-driven innovations are captured and incorporated into the Worldscape platform roadmap.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the primary day-to-day program lead for customer engagements and deployments.\nBuild trusted relationships with customer executives, program managers, engineers, and end users.\nDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.\nLead Agile execution, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.\nTrack progress through burndown metrics, milestone reporting, issue management, and program dashboards.\nDeliver weekly status reports and executive-level program updates.\nGather, document, and prioritize customer requirements and operational needs.\nCoordinate closely with Product and Engineering to align customer requirements with the Worldscape roadmap.\nLead execution of customer-specific capabilities using Customer Success Engineers when requirements are not yet supported by the platform.\nIdentify reusable capabilities and drive their transition into the core Worldscape platform for future customer use.\nManage risks, dependencies, action items, and stakeholder expectations.\nSupport customer onboarding, training, adoption, operational success, and expansion opportunities.\nAct as the bridge between customer mission objectives and Worldscape platform evolution.\nProfessional Qualifications:\n7+ years of Product Marketing experience in enterprise/defense software, cloud/gaming platforms, SaaS, AI, analytics, supply chain, data platforms, digital twins, or related technology domains.\nProven success developing product positioning and go-to-market strategies for complex technical products.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively from executive leadership to technical practitioners.\nExperience developing: Product messaging, launch plans, Sales enablement content, Executive presentations, Thought leadership materials\nDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Executive Leadership.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience within the Department of War (DoW), Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, military services, defense contractors, or mission-focused government programs.\nUnderstanding of defense planning, operations, force design, logistics, acquisition, readiness, campaign analysis, war gaming, or mission command.\nExperience supporting classified, IL5/IL6, Secret, or mission-critical environments.\nExperience in the gaming industry, particularly large-scale simulation, strategy, real-time, MMO, or virtual world environments.\nFamiliarity with Entity Component System (ECS) architectures and data-oriented design principles.\nExperience with modeling and simulation, digital twins, synthetic environments, or decision-support systems.\nExperience with distributed cloud computing, cloud-native architectures, microservices, event-driven systems, and hyperscale platforms.\nFamiliarity with AI/ML, analytics, graph technologies, or agentic systems.\nPMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or similar
