Corporates & Grants\nDepartment: Resource Mobilization - Institutions\nLocation:Chennai / Bangalore\nPrimary Purpose of Job\nDevelop and implement long term sustainable strategies to raise financial and non-financial resources for WV India programs from , Corporates, National and international funding institutions, Trusts, Organizations that will meet the set targets and objectives for the region.\nKey Deliverables:\n· Will jointly and collaboratively develop and implement the CSR strategy for RM - Institutions\n· Intentionally explore avenues for new CSR alliances with likeminded Corporate houses\n· Involve Corporations in sustainable, workable and measureable partnership programs in transforming communities\n· Persistent prospecting and submission of high-quality proposals to corporates\n Proactively approach corporates Pan India for establishing new partnerships\nKey Accountabilities\nStrategic Support\nTo take proactive role in the strategic process of developing, implementing and monitoring long term business plans to raise cash, GIK and other resources from Corporates, Major Donors and Key Accounts\nDevelop partnerships and strategic engagements with corporate entities across different parts of the country and sectors including CSR Funding, Co-branding, payroll giving etc.\nLead generation by pitching new companies to secure long term corporate partnership by generating innovative proposals and integrating fundraising and awareness-raising packages.\nFundraising and Business Development:\nBe fluent in current trends of CSR fundraising and develop and implement corporate affinity programmers, and sponsorship agreements.\nDevelop and implement marketing and advertising plans to expand scope for raising resources\nEnrol to be active members in forums and corporate bodies to enlarge scope for the ministry, like AIMA, MMA, CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, etc\nInitiate Corporate database management to manage and maintain contacts with key donors\nWork very closely with the Corporate engagement team and Programme Officer to build suitable proposals and report on the accomplishments\nCorporate Outreach\nWork with the director in order to represent World Vision Activities with Corporate Donors.\nReach out to potential companies and ensure adequate follow-ups.\nDevelop project proposals, concept notes etc.\nConceptualize, plan and execute fundraising events.\nClient Servicing:\nManage relationship with new corporate partners up to 12 months\nManage updating of the internal management system and ensure that all prospective and current corporate partner details are accurately recorded in the database.\nUndertake monitoring and evaluation of fundraising activities and achievements related to agreed targets and cost/income ratio.\nRole Requirement\nKnowledge & Qualifications:\nPostgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline\nStrong knowledge of sustainable and transformational development practices\nFamiliarity with WV development frameworks, sectoral and cross-cutting themes\nUnderstanding of Christian principles, demonstrated through personal faith expression\nSkills:\nStrong understanding of CSR concepts with the ability to apply them across diverse contexts\nExcellent influencing and communication skills to engage and align stakeholders\nProject management and sales capabilities to drive partnerships and outcomes\nAbility to analyze data and report impact using metrics and insights\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of experience in CSR programs and project management\nProven ability to build and sustain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships\nExperience in fundraising, partnerships, and corporate engagement environments\nOther\nStrong networking capability with corporates, PSUs, and industry bodies\nActive or potential membership with forums such as CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM\nAbility to represent the organization effectively in external forums and engagements\nCompensation : 7 to 7.8
