The position ensures that WASH infrastructure and services are designed, constructed, and operated according to approved technical standards, within budget, and on schedule. The incumbent works closely with Refugee Project staff, government stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and partners to deliver sustainable WASH interventions that improve access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene services for vulnerable communities.
