  • Escolaridad: Bachillerato Concluido o Licenciatura Trunca
  • Manejo de Office
  • Experiencia mínima de un año en instituciones financieras y en puesto similar.

  • Gusto por las ventas, facilidad de palabra, dinamismo y pro actividad.
  • Organización, habilidad en ventas, comunicación Efectiva, negociación, capacidad de análisis, atención al detalle FUNCIONES
  • Planear y cumplir con las metas de su equipo de trabajo.
  • Proporcionar adecuadamente servicios de micro crédito a los microempresarios.
  • Realizar reporte mensuales de cierre de cartera
  • Capacitar y desarrollar constantemente al equipo de trabajo
  • Crear un buen equipo de trabajo, proporcionando guía, dirección y motivación a su equipo de trabajo
  • Llevar a cabo una inducción apropiada para los nuevos Oficiales de Crédito y Auxiliares Administrativos.
