The role ensures consistent application of MEAL processes, tools, and standards, oversees the Community Feedback and Response Mechanism, supports monitoring, baselines and evaluations, and ensures timely documentation and follow-up of feedback to strengthen accountability, programme quality, and evidence-based decision-making.\nOutput Monitoring & Project-Level MEAL Implementation\nLead field-level implementation of output monitoring in line with the MEAL framework.\nSupport project teams in accurate data collection, documentation, and reporting (ITT validation with means of verification).\nConduct spot checks and data quality reviews to ensure compliance with MEAL standards.\nSupport organization of lessons learned activities and documentation of findings.\nCoordinate with relevant units during fieldwork to streamline processes.\nAssessments, Baselines & Evaluations (Field-Level Implementation)\nSupport field implementation of assessments/evaluations (baseline, PIM, outcome monitoring, evaluations, etc.).\nSupport tools development.\nManage data collection processes (pilot testing, recruitment and training of causal workers, supervision, summarizing findings).\nAccountability & Community Feedback Response Mechanism\nMonitor field-level implementation of the Community Feedback and Response Mechanism.\nDocument and follow up on feedback and complaints received through WVL accountability channels.\nCoordinate with responsible departments to ensure timely resolution and closure of cases.\nConduct FGDs and community consultations, including children participation processes.\nProvide regular updates and reporting on case status.\nCapacity Building & Staff Support\nBuild capacity of project teams on MEAL processes, tools, and accountability standards.\nCoach teams on data collection and reporting requirements.\nSupport recruitment and training of casual workers when required.\nContribute to strengthening ownership of MEAL practices at field level.\nData Management & Protection\nEnsure project data is properly collected, stored, and handled in line with WVL data protection standards.\nSupport data consolidation and secure documentation processes.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, Psychology, Social Work, Community Development, or other relevant field is required.\nAt least 2 years’ experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning or related field within a relief or development NGO.\nExperience supporting implementation of MEAL processes, including monitoring, assessments, and evaluations at field level.\nExperience managing or supporting Community Feedback and Response Mechanisms or complaint handling systems.\nExperience in qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.\nProficiency in Excel and familiarity with data collection platforms (e.g., ODK, Kobo, SMAP or similar).\nExperience conducting data management and data quality checks and supporting data validation processes.\nExcellent English Writing and speaking skills\nAs a Christian organisation, World Vision is founded on the biblical principles that women and men, girls and boys are created in the image of God, and of Jesus’ love for all people without discrimination.
