Budgeting, procurement, monitoring, and final evaluation. He/she will directly coordinate with the supervisor, project heads, and local government unit ensuring any renovations and constructions are of quality in accordance to the standard building code. He/she will also conduct a regular on site monitoring within the project areas. This is a fixed-term post for two years based in Tacloban City.
