The successful candidate will combine strong Excel and data analysis capabilities with practical project controls knowledge and the ability to work directly with construction leadership and client stakeholders.\nThe Project Controls Coordinator will serve as a key analytical and coordination partner to the Base Build Construction Manager. This person will be responsible for transforming project data into meaningful reporting, identifying trends and potential issues, and helping develop practical mitigation strategies that support project execution.\nThis is an onsite position supporting a fast paced, highly technical semiconductor construction environment.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop, maintain, and improve project controls reports, trackers, dashboards, and management tools.\nPerform detailed analysis of project data using Microsoft Excel and other project controls systems.\nConsolidate information from multiple project teams, contractors, systems, and reporting sources into accurate and actionable project reporting.\nIdentify trends, variances, risks, data inconsistencies, and emerging project concerns.\nWork directly with construction leadership and client stakeholders to communicate findings and support the development of mitigation strategies.\nProvide analytical and project controls support to the Base Build Construction Manager.\nTrack project performance metrics and provide clear visibility into current status, trends, and areas requiring management attention.\nSupport cost, forecast, commitment, change, procurement, and other project controls reporting as required.\nReconcile project controls data with financial, procurement, contractor, and client reporting systems.\nMonitor project data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.\nDevelop charts, graphics, summaries, and presentations that clearly communicate complex project information.\nMaintain action items, issues, risks, and other management level project tracking tools.\nSupport recurring project controls and construction management meetings.\nAssist construction leadership with preparation for client reviews, project updates, and management discussions.\nCoordinate with project controls, finance, procurement, construction, engineering, and contractor teams to obtain and validate project information.\nAnalyze historical and current project performance to identify potential schedule, cost, productivity, or execution concerns.\nSupport forecasting and trend analysis to help project leadership anticipate potential impacts before they affect execution.\nAssist in developing standardized reporting processes and improving the efficiency and accuracy of project information.\nPrepare ad hoc analyses and reports in response to project leadership and client requests.\nProvide project controls support across the broader project team as priorities evolve.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project controls, construction analytics, project coordination, PMO support, cost controls, or a related function.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated experience analyzing and organizing large or complex data sets.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, risks, and potential project impacts.\nAbility to translate project data into clear conclusions and actionable information for construction leadership.\nExperience developing reports, trackers, dashboards, presentations, or other project management tools.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work directly with clients, construction managers, project controls professionals, contractors, and other project stakeholders.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment.\nAbility to work independently while also operating effectively within a large multidisciplinary project team.\nWorking knowledge of construction project controls principles and practices.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience supporting semiconductor, microelectronics, advanced manufacturing, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, data center, or other technically complex construction projects.\nExperience supporting large scale base build or facility construction programs.\nFamiliarity with project controls, ERP, cost management, or reporting platforms such as Oracle, SAP, EcoSys, Prolog, Power BI, or similar systems.\nExperience with cost reporting, forecasting, change tracking, commitments, procurement reporting, schedule reporting, or construction performance metrics.\nPrevious experience working in a client facing project environment.\nEDUCATION\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
