You will learn and own the integrations between HR and ERP systems such as ADP and Oracle (on-premise and Cloud), and support WWT's timekeeping tool. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, and the role offers a clear growth path to Senior, Lead or management positions.\n\nWhat will you be doing\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDesign, develop and test applications and features in line with requirements and standards.\nLearn and own integrations between HR and ERP systems such as ADP and Oracle (on-premise and Cloud).\nDeliver enhancements and ongoing support for these integrations, and support WWT's timekeeping tool.\nConduct comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, functional, regression and user acceptance testing.\nTake part in code reviews with a focus on quality, maintainability and best practices, and give constructive feedback.\nIdentify and solve complex technical problems, and propose solutions that improve functionality and performance.\nSupport and troubleshoot production issues, and monitor support trends so they can be addressed proactively.\nCreate and maintain technical and configuration documentation.\nActively take part in Agile practices: sprint planning, story creation, daily standups, demos and retrospectives.\nShare knowledge and best practices with team members, and continue to learn WWT's business and technical processes.\nApply and promote WWT Core Values and best practices.\n\nQualifications:\n\nMust have\n\nMinimum 3 years of progressive experience in a related field.\nFrontend: Vue3, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript.\nBackend: Node.js, REST APIs, Confluent Kafka, event-based programming.\nDatabase: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL.\nTest-first mindset with experience in test automation, including unit, functional, end-to-end and regression testing.\nExperience working in Agile environments with evolving requirements.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex technical requirements.\nExcellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nGood to have\n\nOracle HCM Cloud.\nAgentic AI.\nExposure to HR/ERP or timekeeping integrations (for example ADP, Oracle).\nAbility to think innovatively, present alternative solutions and show creativity in problem-solving and application design.\nCollaborative, team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and experience working with onsite and offshore
