These roles are not solely frontend or backend but require versatile, systems-focused developers.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild and maintain functionality within SaaS platforms (HubSpot, Quickbase, Frappe) \nIntegrate systems and automate workflows across tools \nSupport development of internal applications and user-facing components \nImprove reliability and efficiency of system interactions and automations\nRequirements\nRequired Education:\nA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred - but we also highly value equivalent hands-on experience!\nRequired Experience:\n3 to 5 years of experience as an Application Developer.\nHands-on builder experienced in working with various web technologies and SaaS platforms.\nRequired Background / Industry Experience:\nStrong JavaScript (including HTML/CSS)\nWorking knowledge of Python\nExperience integrating and working with APIs (consuming, not necessarily building)\nExperience working within cloud-based or SaaS platforms\nExperience with Git/GitHub for version control\nAbility to work with structured data (JSON, API payloads, basic data handling)\nExperience building, modifying, and maintaining web-based applications or workflows\nUnderstanding of application architecture and system integrations\nAbility to debug issues across systems (frontend + platform + API layers).\nPreferred:\nExperience working within platforms such as HubSpot, Quickbase, or similar SaaS tools\nExperience integrating front-end components with SaaS systems and external services\nFamiliarity with authentication, third-party integrations, and basic security concepts\nExposure to Frappe Framework or similar extensible platforms\nExperience working in environments with multiple integrated systems (CRM, internal tools, etc.)\nExperience with AJAX, jQuery, or similar lightweight frontend approaches\nFamiliarity with automation or workflow tools within SaaS platforms\nExperience collaborating with data teams or working alongside data pipelines\nKey Soft Skills:\nClear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nOwnership and accountability for features and system outcomes.\nProblem-solving mindset across loosely coupled systems.\nAdaptability in evolving environments and toolsets.\nCollaboration across engineering,
