Challenge yourself by taking part in the Frontoffice department to develop the functionalities of tomorrow that will be part of your daily life.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nAgile, DevOps, cross-functional squad, distributed across Switzerland and Italy\nVery committed to quality and operational excellence\nWorking on the backbone of the payment services (in Switzerland and international) with applications processing more than 20 million transactions every day\nDesign, build, test, and maintain new features for cashless payments with state-of-the-art technologies\nCollaborate with product owners and business engineers to translate the clients’ needs into elegant technical solutions\nWrite clean, well-documented, testable code and participate in code reviews\nOwn deployment, monitoring, and incident response (3rd level support, on-call duty) for our components\nImprove performance, scalability, reliability and monitoring for our applications\nContribute to the optimization of our deployment infrastructure and to the future technology roadmap\nWho are we looking for\nHigher education in information technology (university degree or equivalent)\nStrong programming proficiency in Jakarta EE with fluency in relational databases and experience with Git, Maven, Quarkus, Docker, Kafka, Linux\nTeam player and able break down complex problems and drive solutions\nProven ability to work under pressure (e.g. major outages)\nFluent in English.
