Together, we shape the evolution.\nThe opportunity\nWorldline seeks a detail-oriented Banking Partnership Support Intern to drive operational excellence by managing sales documentation, financial reporting, and procurement processes (PR/PO/GRN). You will facilitate client and partner relations, support complex RFP/RFI cycles, and collaborate with transversal teams to optimize commercial performance. The role requires a proactive approach to project support and legal compliance, ensuring the highest standards of quality in our digital payment solutions. You will thrive by leveraging your organizational skills to enhance internal processes and contribute to our sustainable economic growth.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nCommercial Activities:\nPreparation of presentations\nSupport in Business Case development\nSupport in the preparation of proposal documents (tenders/bids)\nInvolvement in RFI/RFP processes\nParticipation in client/prospect calls\nSupport in contract negotiations\nPartner Support Activities:\nLiaison with operational departments regarding client requests\nAdministrative Activities:\nCreation and management of PR/PO/GRN (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes)\nSupport for supplier inquiries\nMonitoring and management of certified emails (PEC)\nProject Activities:\nSupport across various projects (e.g., NS, ARF, AUI)\nReporting:\nPreparation of financial reports, ad hoc reports (upon request), commercial performance tracking, and Business Review data\nMiscellaneous:\nSupport for Legal department requests (including investigative authorities and complaint management)\nWho are we looking for\nMaster’s Degree in Economics or in STEM fields\nYou will get to know Worldline's products and services in depth and to understand the commercial dynamics that are developed and disseminated by our network.\nFurthermore, you will have the opportunity to cooperate with the other Worldline structures for the continuous expansion of our customers.\nStrong result orientation\nStrong communication skills\nTeam Work\nCollaboration with transversal teams\nFlexibility and Adaptability\nYou prove knowledge of English B1\nYou possess knowledge at Office: Excel, Word, Power Point\nPerks & Benefits\nAt Worldline you’ll get the chance to be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and shape how the world pays and gets paid.
