Conversion of requirements into functional specifications and agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria.\nCoordination and collaboration within the squad regarding analysis and implementation (with testers, developers, and operations-colleagues)\nWork in an international team with customers based in different countries\nImplementation of internal and external change requests\nAnalysis, mitigation and fixing of incidents on different platforms\nAlignment with the product-, engineering, and delivery teams to refine requirements, support sprint planning, and clarify business intent.\nIf you enjoy working at both the conceptual and operational levels and moving between levels, you have come to the right place.\nWho are we looking for\nDegree in a technical or business management subject is the basis for your systematic and engineering-like work\nHave an analytical, user-focused, and outcome-oriented approach, with strong attention to details\nSolid 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar roles\nExpertise translating technical requirements into \"IT\".
