Together, we shape the evolution.\nThe Opportunity\nAs a Client Delivery Manager, you’re the first point of contact for customers in terms of operational delivery and change management. The Client Delivery Manager coordinates functional requests between customer's and internal stakeholders. This role incorporates Business Delivery Management and Operational Delivery Management.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nManage customer relationships - Serve as the primary contact for customers and account managers, answer customer questions and handle their requests for changes or support\nHandle change requests - Work closely together with customers when they want to modify or add services, document what they need and be the bridge to the internal teams\nManage problems and escalations - Act as first-level escalation point for customer concerns and operational issues, coordinate when needed\nContribute to projects - Participate as active stakeholder, take the lead in smaller projects\nSupport colleagues from different teams in case of questions and/or requests for which feedback from/communication to the customer is needed\nFacilitate meetings - Coordinate and moderate internal and external client meetings for topics such as governance, changes, processes, production services, SLAs, steering committees, incident escalations etc.\nProvide regular reporting - Deliver progress updates and operational reports to clients covering portfolio status, issues, and SLA performance\nWho Are We Looking For\nAt Worldline, we seek individuals who are visionary and capable of driving positive change.
