Together, we shape the evolution.\nThe opportunity\nWe are seeking a versatile Cloud Software Architect to help us to build scalable, secure and innovative solutions.\nThe Core Foundation & Integration Tribe (CFI) implements and delivers the Issuing core applications, from Card Issuing lifecycle to Transactions clearing & settlement. With over 150 million cards and 1.16 billion monthly transactions, our platforms operate at the forefront of capacity and performance.\nAs Cloud Software Architect, you will integrate into a diverse, agile, and collaborative cross-cultural team consisting of fellow Software Architects, Data architects, DevOps Engineer, and Tech Leads. You will play a pivotal role by designing and overseeing the development of complex software systems in private & Public Cloud.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nDesign and implement secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective architectures across multiple public and private cloud environments.\nStay actively involved in delivery by writing infrastructure as code, building prototypes, reviewing implementations, and troubleshooting complex production issues.\nLead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, selecting pragmatic approaches based on business value, operational risk, cost, and time to market.\nPartner with software, platform, security, operations, and product teams to turn business requirements into production-ready cloud solutions.\nDrive automation and cloud-native engineering practices using technologies such as Terraform, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, observability, and policy as code.\nEnsure our services support the significant volumes, critical peak period & resiliency and cope with our first class service provider requirement\nCoach engineers and Teach leads through pairing, design sessions, and code reviews while promoting strong ownership and avoiding delivery bottlenecks.\nWho are we looking for\nWe look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow.
