Together, we shape the evolution.\nThe opportunity\nAs a Customer Project Manager at Worldline, you will play a key role in delivering payment and commerce solutions for our customers, working at the intersection of business, technology and delivery. You will take ownership of projects from planning through implementation, coordinating customers, internal teams and external partners to keep delivery moving and commitments on track. We are looking for someone who already understands the payments and technology landscape, can quickly understand complex project environments and is comfortable making decisions, challenging assumptions and driving actions without needing step-by-step guidance. This is an opportunity to work on international projects in a fast-moving payments environment, with the autonomy to make a real impact on customer delivery.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain project plans, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, resources and timelines from initiation through delivery.\nReview project progress, identifying risks, issues and deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep delivery on track.\nBuild strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring expectations, commitments, decisions and priorities remain clearly aligned throughout delivery.\nRun project governance, providing clear status reporting and ensuring actions, decisions and escalations are properly documented and followed up.\nLead cross-functional teams and drive stakeholders towards agreed actions, proactively removing blockers and escalating issues when required.\nCoordinate internal teams, customers and external partners to ensure dependencies are managed and project deliverables are completed on time.\nWho are we looking for\nWe look for big thinkers.
