The team is responsible for ensuring payment services remain stable, resilient and continuously improving through effective operational processes, customer governance and service assurance.\nYour mission\nEstablish and deliver the operational reporting capability required to support contractual service reporting obligations. Interpret contractual service level requirements, identify authoritative data sources, develop monthly service reports and progressively automate reporting.\nThe opportunity\nWe are looking for an energetic dashboard and reporting analyst who can help us build our reporting from various service management tools who has exposure to banking, finance or payment organisations.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nKey Accountabilities\nReview customer contracts; develop SLA reporting catalogue; define KPI calculations; identify and validate data sources; produce monthly customer reports; develop dashboards; document reporting processes; automate reporting with Data Engineers and AI Developers; support governance meetings.\nSkills & Experience\nExperience with service reporting, SLA interpretation, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL (desirable), ITIL Service Level Management, financial services or payments.\nSkilled in Service Now, Jira, Slack and various incident management tools are a strong advantage.\nLeadership Attributes\nAnalytical, customer focused, collaborative, detail oriented, organised, process improvement mindset, high integrity.\nWho are we looking for\nQualifications\nDegree or Diploma in IT, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or equivalent experience.
