You will work across product teams, engineers, business stakeholders, operations, compliance specialists, and vendors to coordinate releases, manage dependencies, and ensure new capabilities reach production smoothly and predictably.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, building relationships across teams, and taking ownership of delivery outcomes. You won't just manage release calendars. You'll help drive the technology platforms that support customer due diligence, onboarding, merchant identity, regulatory compliance and risk management across a global payments organization.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nDrive Successful Delivery\nPlan, coordinate, and govern technology releases across multiple Risk Technology verticals and platforms \nEnsure readiness across development, testing, operations, and business teams \nCoordinate release windows, deployment activities, and production go-lives \nMonitor release progress and proactively manage risks and issues \nBring Structure to Delivery\nTrack milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities \nEnsure teams understand commitments and delivery timelines \nSupport delivery planning across multiple initiatives and squads \nEscalate risks early and propose practical solutions \nCoordinate Across Stakeholders\nAct as the central point of communication for dev & release status \nBuild strong relationships with Product Managers, Engineers, Operations teams, and Risk stakeholders \nFacilitate discussions that unblock delivery \nEnsure decisions, actions, and accountability remain clear \nProtect Production Stability\nSupport change management and operational readiness activities \nCoordinate release documentation, training readiness, and deployment communications \nHelp drive continuous improvement of release and delivery processes \nContribute to incident reviews and lessons learned activities \nLearn and Grow\nDevelop expertise in Risk Technology, payments, and regulatory delivery \nGain exposure to complex enterprise platforms and large-scale transformations \nWork alongside experienced Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Architects, and Technology Leaders \nBuild a foundation for future progression into Senior Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, or Risk Technology leadership roles \nWho are we looking for\nPeople who have a professional approach, being constructive and finding solutions in the best interest of the business.
