We cover the full retail value chain, online and in-store, through a complete approach, delivering a real digital journey for retailers and their customers and facilitating consumer engagement, via seamless services, on any device - with payment at the heart of the\nshopping experience.\nThe role focuses on strengthening and maintaining effective IT and business security practices across all Business Units in a highly sensitive and regulated environment.\nThe Security Officer acts as the primary point of contact for the Business Units on all security related matters, providing guidance, oversight, and support to ensure that security threats are identified, assessed, and appropriately managed.Close collaboration with business, technical, and compliance stakeholders is essential to ensure that security measures are effective, proportionate, and aligned with regulatory expectations. The\nposition plays a key role in embedding security-by-design principles across business operations and promoting consistent security standards across the organization.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nOwns the security relationship with the Business Units, acting as the primary andaccountable point of contact for all security-related topics, including security\nrequirements, and decision support.\n\nDesigning and implementing state-of-the-art security solutions that align with thedirectives set by internal and external stakeholders, ensuring robust protection against\nemerging threats.\n\nDeveloping and enforcing security best practices, including overseeing patchmanagement and obsolescence processes to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.\n\nManaging and coordinating with third-party suppliers to ensure compliance with securitystandards and practices.\n\nInnovating and streamlining security processes to enhance operational efficiency,introducing new methodologies while refining existing ones for continuous improvement.\n\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate effective security measures into allbusiness projects and operations.\n\nEnsuring that security best practices are embedded in the design and implementationphases of business projects.\n\nParticipating in operational committees to ensure that security requirements areadequately addressed and met.\n\nOverseeing the implementation of identified mitigation actions as defined in the RiskTreatment Plan.\n\nManage security incident response activities, including analysis and remediation ofsecurity breaches.\n\nCollaborate on security certification audits and security assessments initiated bycustomers to ensure compliance with industry standards.\n\nWho are we looking for\nBachelor in IT, IT Security, Engineering or equivalent\nCertificate in security (e.g. CISSP, CEH, …) is a strong plus\nMinimum 5 years of experience in IT security or other relevant field\nProven experience in navigating complex environments\nGoogle cloud security and DevOps knowledge is a strong plus\nKnowledge of PCI DSS, ISO27001 and Dorasecurity frameworks is a strong plus\nExcellent communication and presentation skills in English both verbally and written\nGood level in German is mandatory\nResults driven and persistent\nMulticultural mindset and flexibility, able to work in an international environment\nShape the evolution\nWe are on an exciting journey towards the next frontiers of payments technology, and we look for big thinkers, people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow.
