From data integration and pipelines, to data quality and controls, to reporting and regulatory insight- you own the delivery narrative.\nYou step in where things get complex: multiple teams, unclear ownership, stalled execution. You bring clarity, drive alignment, and turn ambition into measurable delivery.\nThis is a role for someone who doesn’t wait for structure - you create it.\nSomeone who doesn’t report progress - you make it happen.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nLead the D4R delivery agenda\nOwn the full delivery lifecycle across Data for Risk: integration, ingestion, quality, transformation, and reporting \nEnsure data is not just moved, but trusted, usable, and delivering business value \nDrive progress across multiple concurrent data initiatives and platforms \nDrive execution across organisational boundaries\nAlign Risk Technology, Data teams, and business stakeholders around clear priorities and milestones \nHold teams accountable for delivery - even outside your reporting line \nRemove friction where ownership is split or unclear \nBring structure to complexity\nTranslate a fragmented data landscape into a clear, phased delivery plan \nDefine “what good looks like” across data quality, lineage, controls, and reporting outputs \nMaintain a single, consistent view of scope, status, and dependencies \nMake data delivery real\nEnsure pipelines are productionised, data is reconciled, and reporting is actionable \nPush beyond PoCs and partial delivery - completion and adoption are the goal \nIdentify opportunities to accelerate value (e.g. interim datasets, simplified reporting layers) \nLead high-impact sessions\nRun focused working sessions that result in decisions, ownership, and timelines \nChallenge ambiguity, surface risks early, and drive resolution \nExpect preparation and substance - not status updates \nOwn the narrative upward\nTranslate technical data topics into clear business impact and risk language \nProvide structured, outcome-driven updates to senior stakeholders \nHighlight what matters: progress, risks, decisions needed \nWho are we looking for\nA delivery leader, not a coordinator\nYou have led complex, cross-functional programmes where data was central to success \nYou are comfortable taking ownership in environments where structure is imperfect \nStrong understanding of data in practice\nExperience with data integration, pipelines, quality frameworks, and reporting \nYou understand the difference between “data available” and “data usable” \nFamiliar with regulatory or risk-driven data environments (highly valued) \nExecution mindset\nYou focus on outcomes, not activity \nYou push through blockers and hold others accountable \nYou are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information \nClarity and influence\nYou simplify complexity into clear actions \nYou can challenge senior stakeholders constructively and effectively \nYou communicate with precision - no noise, no ambiguity \nNaturally structured, but pragmatic\nYou bring discipline (milestones, ownership, tracking), but don’t hide behind process \nYou adapt quickly when reality changes, without losing momentum \nEnergy and presence\nYou bring momentum into the room \nYou raise the bar on preparation, accountability, and delivery standards \nYou leave every discussion with a clear next step \nPerks & Benefits\nAt Worldline you’ll get the chance to be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and shape how the world pays and gets paid.
