We're building an internal Engineering Platform that lets our product teams move fast without reinventing infrastructure each time. You'll join the Platform Engineering team to design self-service tooling that developers actually want to use: fewer tickets, fewer handoffs, less time fighting security and compliance, more time shipping. If you like building the systems other engineers build on top of, read on.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nYou'll help build and run the platform that lets developers independently create, test, launch, and monitor our real-time authorization services. Concretely, that means designing and delivering an internal platform that:\nGives development teams seamless, self-service access to the tools they need\nCuts non-development overhead and cross-team delays\nReduces the cognitive load of security, governance, and compliance\nEnables fast, independent software delivery\nTies success to clear, observable business outcomes\nYou'll work in a focused, domain-driven team and take part in an on-call rotation. Your work directly enables internal teams to innovate and operate at scale.\nWho are we looking for\nWe look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:\n5+ years hands-on software development, with strong production Python experience.
