Our rich product portfolio includes global as well as local card based and mobile payment means.\nAs Product Manager for Card based Payment Products, you play a vital role in driving the fast-growing payment business of Worldline. Positioned in the Product Line Merchant Acquiring, this transversal role comes with a global responsibility for established brands as well as potential new brands that will enrich our product portfolio.\nYour responsibility is to manage the entire lifecycle of these products, ensuring state-of-the-art implementations and exploring new opportunities and features. You will evaluate market needs and industry trends and translate them to detailed business requirements, ensure regulatory compliance and compliance with card scheme partners’ rules and requirements. You will coordinate a diverse set of stakeholders including external business partners and internal functions such as Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nAssess the market, create value proposition, develop solutions, track revenue\nDefine the product roadmap and the corresponding required budget\nDrive investment decisions by developing detailed business cases\nExecute and monitor the budget dedicated to product evolution\nCollaborate with Sales & Product Marketing to design marketing collateral\nConnect and collaborate with key contacts at the card scheme organizations to drive new product implementation and discuss opportunities\nTrain and support Sales, Pre-Sales and Operations on your products and product evolutions\nAnalyze new scheme fees and interchange rates, determine platform and merchant impact, ensure correct implementation\nIdentify performance improvement and cost saving opportunities using data analysis, drive their implementation\nWho are we looking for\nSkills / experience:\n1 to 3 years of relevant experience in payment industry, ideally in commercial acquiring\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in a highly visible organization (English mandatory, further language skills are a plus)\nSkills in data analysis and data-driven decision making, familiarity with data analysis tools and query languages (e.g. Power BI, Excel, SQL).\nBeneficial: Familiarity with product management tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)\nAttitude / working style: \nCustomer-centric mindset\nExperience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Development and Operations, ability to connect people and ideas\nHigh degree of ownership and integrity\nStrong entrepreneurial drive\nPerks & Benefits\nAt Worldline our top priority is to engage, encourage and develop you to help you improve your potential.
